A PROJEKTRŐL
A pályázati programunk célja egy olyan szakmai program megvalósítása, amely révén a programban résztvevő iskola együttműködésével, a partneri kapcsolat kialakításával sikerül olyan közös programokat megvalósítani, amelyek lehetőséget biztosítanak a programba bevont tanulók ismereteinek bővítéséhez, a látókörük kiszélesítéséhez, s ezen keresztül a különböző kompetenciáinak fejlesztéséhez. Emellett célunk, hogy a programban résztvevő gyerekek a közös programok során közösségé kovácsolódjanak, egymás felé érzékenységet, figyelmet, érdeklődést és empátiát tanúsítsanak, ennek révén közelítsük a más helyzetben élő, máshonnan induló és egészen más kompetenciákkal bíró felnövő generációk tagjait.
Pályázati programunk további célja, hogy a program megvalósításában résztvevő pedagógusok között kialakuló szakmai kapcsolat révén komoly tapasztalatcsere valósulhasson meg.
A projekt alapvető témája a kulturális és társadalmi integráció, az egyén és a közösség viszonya, a tudás és tehetség alapú érvényesülés és az identitástudat. Az átadott információk, az igényes irodalmi-zenei élmény, a kipróbált drámajátékos helyzetek és a diákok és tanulók közös találkozásai, beszélgetései hozzájárulnak a gyerekek társadalmi, szociális, életviteli, kulturális és kommunikációs kompetenciájának fejlesztéséhez, ismeretanyaguk bővítéséhez és gyakorlati alkalmazásához.
A pályázati program hiánypótló, mivel sem intézményünkben, sem pedig a velünk együttműködő partneriskolában sem volt az elmúlt időszakban ilyen átfogó és célirányos, a tanulókat érintő közösségi programsorozat, különös tekintettel a hátrányos helyzetű, halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű tanulókra vonatkozóan.
